Age Limit & Legal Eligibility

Registration Requirements

Each member may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being cancelled and all deposited funds being forfeited.

Welcome Bonus Terms

td111 offers new members a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• Bonus example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Or deposit ৳26,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳41,000.
• Wagering Requirement: 20 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

General Promotional Terms

Each bonus and promotion has its own applicable terms. The following general rules apply to all bonus offers:

• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same member, the same household, or from the same device.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory.
• Claiming bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds.

Gaming Service Terms

Sports Betting Rules

Any of the following activities are completely prohibited and may result in the immediate cancellation of the account and forfeiture of all funds:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Claiming bonuses through fraudulent means or attempting to influence game outcomes.
• Making deposits using a third party's credit card or mobile number.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information.
• Attempting to claim funds through chargebacks or payment disputes.
